Obama Stumps for Spanberger at Event

Barack Obama stumped at a rally for Democratic Virginia gubernatorial candidate, Abigail Spanberger, on Saturday. 

Spanberger is still main the Republican candidate, Lt. Gov. Winsome Earle-Sears, in the polls, but if they’re pulling out Obama, you understand that they must assume they need to. 

Obama argued it is best to vote for Spanberger because “she knows that if we want to make progress on the things that we care about, we have to be able to disagree without calling each other nasty names or demonizing each other.”

Yet who was also there speaking at the rally? The very guy behind the disturbing text scandal, their candidate for Attorney General, Jay Jones. So if Obama is calling out demonizing each other, why is he appearing at the same rally with Jay Jones? How can anyone take anything Obama or Spanberger says seriously, when they’re still appearing with him? They truly have no shame.
