Scott Pelley appeared relaxed as he grabbed tea near his Connecticut home days after his dramatic firing from CBS News touched off a civil battle inside “60 Minutes.”
The veteran correspondent, 68, was photographed solely by The Post on Monday strolling through downtown Old Greenwich after weeks of turmoil that culminated in his ouster from the long-lasting newsmagazine.
Dressed casually in a mild blue button-down shirt, darkish slacks and sun shades, Pelley appeared to be in good spirits as he made his approach through the prosperous Connecticut enclave.
