Paul Gallagher, 59, has arrived at Westminster Magistrates’ Court this morning after being charged with rape, inappropriate assault, intentional strangulation and making threats to kill in July. They added, “The offences are reported to have taken place between 2022 and 2024. The charges follow an investigation that commenced in 2024. A woman is being supported by specially trained officers.”
