While talking with the press, President Donald Trump appeared to reward Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation Kash Pastel amid the rumored friction between Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos and the FBI amid the Nancy Guthrie investigation.
13 Days have handed since Nancy, 84, was reported lacking in Arizona on February 1. Law enforcement indicated the mom of the Today Show host was possible kidnapped.
Traces of blood found on her entrance porch have been subsequently confirmed through testing to belong to Nancy. It comes after an ex-FBI agent revealed the hidden codeword that Savannah used in her message to the abductors.

On February 12, the FBI launched new particulars about the suspect related to the kidnapping of Savannah’s mom and elevated the reward for data in the case to $100,000.

During a press convention on February 12, Sheriff Nanos disputed the claims and told NBC Tucson affiliate KVOA, “Not even close to the truth.”
“Actually, the FBI just wanted to send the one or two they found by the crime scene, closest to it, a mile, a mile and a half. I said ‘No, why do that?,” he went on.
“Let’s just send them all to where all the DNA exists, all the profiles and the markers exist.’ They agreed, makes sense,” he said.
Nanos then described a assembly with the FBI on Thursday, during which an agent told him, “‘Don’t let the media divide us.'”
