Price is Right player returns 15 years later and | TV Shows

A woman who first appeared on The Price Is Right 15 years ago recently returned to the game show to rewrite the past – and ended up winning big.

The much-loved CBS program regularly invites memorable guests to the stage that sometimes jump on the models or take a tumble after a whopping win.

And in the most recent episode, a player named Krupali decided to try her luck a second time round and it certainly paid off.

Krupali took to Reddit share her experiences on The Price is Right. She originally appeared on the show in 2010, when the show used to be filmed at the Bob Barker Studio in Television City in California.

She began by writing: “Hi, Its me, Krupali! I’ve been to 2 tapings and was called down as the first 4 contestants BOTH times.”

While she did get to go up the first time, Krupali wasn’t able to make it on the stage.

“I didn’t make it up the first go around, but Drew [Carey] was cheering me on, and came down and danced with me in consolation,” she explained. “Parting prizes were Cutco knives which I still use today.”

She continued: “I won TPIR yesterday 4/24/25, here’s a photo of me before the show. I was the first 4 called up (last of the 4), got up during the second game, the spin, and the showcase!

“I played in honor of my soul dog, Jambo who passed away last year. This taped on my actual birthday last December 2024. AMA!” she added.

While congratulating Krupali, many fans asked her for tips and tricks on how to get on the show – and win. Krupali started off by advising audience members to “be fun, enthusiastic, and have energy.”

She continued: “What I gleaned was to always bid on the first showcase, hence thats what I did, the odds to win are better. The game I got was a 50/50 shot, which was lucky. The wheel itself is a crapshoot, I truly believe Jambo, my soul dog, was sending me good vibes from heaven. Good luck!”

Krupali ended up going home with a trip to Philadelphia, an Apple Vision Pro and a brand new Nissan Sentra. Her total prize fund amounted to a whooping $32,420.

The Price is Right’s 10,000th episode special will air on February 26 at 11am EST on CBS.
