Question Time host Fiona Bruce got here below fire after clashing with Reform UK‘s Richard Tice within the newest episode of the political debate show.
The TV presenter welcomed Minister for Women and Equalities Bridget Phillipson, Conservative MP Harriett Baldwin, Green Party MP Adrian Ramsay, and Reform UK MP Richard Tice. Viewers rushed to social media to hit out on the star, as one raged: “Fiona Bruce will not let anyone finish what they are saying. Downright rude. The Green Party man still believes in fairies and Santa clause .time to switch to GB News.”
Another added: “I thought Fiona Bruce was absolutely disgraceful with the way she treated @TiceRichard and don’t get me started on the left wing audience as per usual.” A 3rd chimed in: “Fiona Bruce is just rude and totally bias she should not be presenting this garbage. Btw I’d love to know where you find your audience? Not representative of the British people full of woke weirdos.” A fourth agreed: “Fiona Bruce’s manner as an impartial panel host is ridiculous. Probably the most biased host out there. She might as well wear a red jacket every week.”
A fifth mentioned: “Is Fiona Bruce the worst host/chair of a political debate show I’ve ever seen? Quite possibly.”
But one viewer insisted: “Fiona Bruce needs a Damehood. She commands respect in those rowdy #bbcqt fighting pits.”
Fiona clashed with Tice after he debated Green Party member Adrian Ramsay over climate change, as Richard requested him: “How’s that going? How’s that going so far?” Fiona jumped in: “Look Richard, I will come to you.”
Tice continued: “We’ve got higher bills. It’s not going very well, is it? Come on Adrian, it’s not going very well”. Adrian argued: “Richard, you criticise net zero but your party has the highest net zero credibility” to which he replied: “Yeah, because it’s stupid.”
As Ramsay went to try to make his level, Tice chimed in as soon as again as Fiona snapped: “Hang on, hang on. Richard, you will get your time. Don’t interrupt for just a minute, I will get to you.”
The Green Party member added: “They said it would require 0.2 percent GDP” to whereas Richard fumed: “£30-40billion a year, don’t lie to the British people”. Fed up together with his fixed interruptions, Fiona snapped: “Richard, if you keep on interrupting I will have to put a gag on you or something. Just, I will come to you I promise.”
