Questions for Gavin Newsom After unlawful Alien

Jashanpreet Singh, a 21-year-old unlawful alien from India, is in custody of the San Bernardino (California) County Sheriff’s Department on suspicion of DUI inflicting great bodily hurt and gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated. 

The custody is in connection with a horrific accident on a Southern California freeway on Tuesday, October 21, 2025. A semi, pushed by Singh, sped into slow-moving site visitors close to where the I-10 and I-15 freeways meet close to Ontario, California, inflicting an accident that resulted in the deaths of three people and accidents to 4 others, two of them extreme.

As shown in dashcam footage taken from Singh’s truck, he barreled into stopped site visitors on the freeway, making no effort to keep away from other automobiles or, in any fashion, slow down.

Singh was reportedly caught and launched during the Biden Administration.

Per a number of ICE sources, Jashanpreet Singh, the semi-truck driver suspected of killing three people in a DUI crash on the ten freeway in Ontario, CA yesterday, is an Indian unlawful alien who was caught & launched at the CA border by the Biden admin in March 2022. I’m told ICE is putting a detainer request on Singh with the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, where he’s in custody on suspicion of DUI inflicting great bodily injury and gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated. He has not been formally charged yet.

Police say Singh was dashing and under the affect, never hitting his breaks, when he crashed into slow transferring site visitors on the freeway, inflicting a devastating and lethal chain response crash that killed 3 people. The victims haven’t been recognized yet.

The query of how an unlawful alien obtained a driver’s license period, let alone the CDL (Commercial Drivers License) required to operate a semi, is answered in two phrases: Gov. Gavin Newsom. 

In September 2022, Newsom signed into law California Assembly Bill 1766, which expanded the prevailing state law that doesn’t require anybody residing in California to present proof of legal residency in order to acquire a driver’s license. AB 1766 broadened this to embrace acquiring a state ID card without having a REAL ID. 

A REAL ID is needed by all CDL drivers if they need to enter a federal facility while choosing up or delivering cargo.
