Biden, who was mocked for his bedtime, appeared on the Advocates, Counselors, and Representatives (ACRD) for the Disabled convention on Tuesday, the place he began off talking softly about implementing safety acts underneath his time period.

White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt took a shot on the former president’s age when requested about his speech earlier within the day.
