Rosie O’Donnell is popping to her followers for help.
The comic, 63, took to social media this week to ask for prayers after her oldest daughter, Chelsea, was sentenced to prison for violating the phrases of her probation for drug fees.
“My child chelsea belle – before addiction took over her life – i loved her then i love her now as she faces a scary future,” O’Donnell wrote on Instagram alongside a youthful photograph of Chelsea on Wednesday.

O’Donnell took to Instagram to ask for prayers after Chelsea was sentenced to prison last week for violating the phrases of her probation for drug fees.
“Prayers welcomed,” she continued, including hashtags for habit awareness, love, and household.
O’Donnell and her then-wife, Kelli Carpenter, adopted Chelsea shortly after she was born in 1997.
Last 12 months, Chelsea was arrested in Wisconsin three different instances between September and December.

On Sept. 10, O’Donnell’s 28-year-old daughter was arrested on felony fees that included little one neglect and possession of methamphetamine.
One month after posting bail and being launched, Chelsea was arrested again on more felony counts that included bail leaping, resisting or obstructing an officer, and possession of methamphetamine.
That November, Chelsea was arrested a third time on related fees, including possession of methamphetamine, bail leaping and possession of narcotic medication.

“So yes this is true,” the former discuss show host captioned an Instagram post in the wake of her daughter’s third arrest.
“After being bailed out by her birth mother – chelsea was arrested again – and is facing many charges related to her drug addiction,” O’Donnell continued. “We all hope she is able to get the help she needs to turn her life around.”
Chelsea went on to plead guilty to three felony counts of resisting or obstructing an officer, felony bail leaping, and possession of methamphetamine in February 2024. She was sentenced to six years of probation on March 31.

The situations of Chelsea’s probation included sobriety, no possession of alcohol or other managed substances without a prescription, no contact with drug customers or sellers and no possession or possession of any firearm.
However, O’Donnell’s daughter had her probation revoked and was sentenced to prison on Oct. 22, per People.
The “Flintstones” actress later addressed her daughter’s prison sentence and “scary future” additional in a assertion to the outlet.

“I have compassion for those struggling with addiction. Chelsea was born into addiction and it has been a painful journey for her and her four young children,” O’Donnell said.
“We continue to love and support her through these horrible times,” the previous “View” host added. “Prayers welcomed.”

Chelsea, meanwhile, is a mother of 4. She and ex-boyfriend Jacob Bourassa welcomed daughters Skylar, Riley and Avery Lynn before breaking up.
More lately, O’Donnell’s oldest daughter welcomed a son, Atlas, with boyfriend Jacob Nelund in October 2023.
As for the “A League of Their Own” star, she has welcomed Chelsea and 4 extra children since 1995, including Parker, 30, Blake, 25, Vivienne, 22, and Clay, 12.

O’Donnell, who left the US for Ireland in January, made headlines earlier this month when it was revealed that she was making use of for Irish citizenship.
“I am applying and about to be approved for my Irish citizenship as my grandparents were from there and that’s all you need,” she told the UK’s Daily Telegraph.
