Some have speculated the death might have resulted from an excessive heat warning on that day, when temperatures reached above 100 levels. The freeway patrol has not said whether or not that performed a function.
The couple had attended San Francisco arts occasions in current years, including San Francisco Performances occasions in 2016 and 2022. Judith was a co-chair of its forty third season gala.
She was also board chair of the San Francisco Silent Film Festival, which goals to protect silent cinema, and members in that neighborhood said she was tightly woven with the space. She would host welcome events at her home in town.
