Schumer, Dems Ramp Things Up With Ugly Move on DHS | Political News

Democrats just appear to need to keep ramping up the anti-ICE chaos.

Now, in the wake of the Border Patrol taking pictures on the streets of Minneapolis on Saturday, Democrats are saying they don’t seem to be going to vote for the invoice that contains Department of Homeland Security (DHS) funding.

We already reported that there have been doubtless to be points.

In the wake of the taking pictures, some Senate Dems made bulletins.

Sen. Mark Warner (D-VA) is a no.

Some of the eight Democrats who voted with Republicans to end the last shutdown also got here out against the invoice after the taking pictures, including Sen. Catherine Cortez Masto (D-NV) and Sen. Jacky Rosen (D-NV).

Then Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) ramped issues up in a assertion he launched, blaming President Donald Trump. He’s saying they won’t advance the appropriations invoice if it contains DHS.

“What’s happening in Minnesota is appalling —and unacceptable in any American city. Democrats sought common sense reforms in the Department of Homeland Security spending bill, but because of Republicans’ refusal to stand up to President Trump, the DHS bill is woefully inadequate to rein in the abuses of ICE. I will vote no,”

.“Senate Democrats will not provide the votes to proceed to the appropriations bill if the DHS funding bill is included.”

Also, ICE already bought a lot of extra money under the One Big Beautiful Bill. What they’d get as half of this appropriations invoice, now in query, are issues like physique cams that Democrats wished. So if they vote against it, they’re voting against the larger transparency they are saying they wished, and it is hitting more on other areas of DHS as this report signifies. Fox’s Bill Melugin said not passing this would more harm the Transportation Security Adminitration (TSA) and Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

None of this chaos could be going on if Democrats hadn’t refused to cooperate with the federal authorities in having ICE do its job. Instead, the Democrats incited the anti-ICE agitators. Then, when there have been confrontations and violence, they continued to ratchet issues up. They did not care about the results or how that would possibly put the people they have been inciting and federal brokers in hazard.

Now they’re making an attempt to act prefer it’s the Trump administration’s fault. That’s despicable; all of this is on their heads. They’re so obsessed with making an attempt to oppose Trump on every part, even one thing that is to the benefit of our own residents. They’re those combating the enforcement of federal law.

So now, not only are they combating against federal law, but they may strive to incapacitate the federal government and shut issues down unless they get their manner. They try to do all they’ll, by hook or by criminal, to harm Trump and the Republicans for the midterms.
