Capricorn Clark, Sean “Diddy” Combs’ former assistant, took to the stand on Tuesday (May 27) with more harrowing allegations about the hip-hop mogul’s alleged abusive previous during his intercourse trafficking trial. Clark, who labored for the 55-year-old celeb between 2004 and 2013, alleged that she was kidnapped, interrogated, and threatened by Combs a number of occasions while working for him. She also claimed she witnessed the Bad Boy Records label head violently beat his former girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, after discovering out she had a relationship with rapper Kid Cudi.

Clark took to the stand in tears on Tuesday while recounting some of the horrible experiences she allegedly once had while working for Combs, including one incident where she was kidnapped and pressured to take a lie detector check over the course of 5 days, after Combs accused her of stealing a number of items of jewellery from his home, according to USA Today.  

During her emotional courtroom testimony, Clark claimed that once the accusation arose, Combs despatched his former bodyguard, Paul Offord—also identified as “Uncle Paulie”—to search her home for the jewellery but discovered nothing. The following day, Clark was reportedly taken to a building in New York, which she described as an unfinished and run-down property that would later develop into the headquarters of Combs’ company, Bad Boy Worldwide.

At that location, Clark stated she was launched to a giant man who was smoking cigarettes and ingesting black espresso. She testified that she was instructed she could be subjected to a lie detector check and warned that failure would outcome in her being thrown into “the East River,” stories USA Today.

Clark stated she was frightened and felt coerced, present process repeated polygraph examinations over 5 days. According to her, the outcomes remained inconclusive, and she was not allowed to depart until the matter was resolved. The door was allegedly locked from the skin 

“I was just trying to survive it,” she instructed the court.

The surprising allegations didn’t stop there. Clark shook the courtroom later on in the day while describing an incident involving Combs’ response to a romantic relationship between his ex-girlfriend, Ventura, and rapper Kid Cudi (Scott Mescudi)

Per PEOPLE, Clark testified that in 2011, she was pressured by Combs and a security group member to go to Mescudi’s Los Angeles home. Upon discovering the connection, Combs allegedly broke into the residence while armed and made threats. Clark claimed she was not permitted to depart and was instructed to call Ventura and ship threatening messages on Combs’ behalf.

After the incident, Clark testified that Combs instructed her he wouldn’t release her until Ventura got here to him. She also alleged that Combs made threats to kill her, Ventura, and Mescudi if Mescudi contacted authorities.

“I’ll kill all you motherf—ers,” he allegedly stated, according to Clark.

The insanity reportedly continued when Clark and Ventura went to Combs’ residence later that day. There, Clark testified, she witnessed Combs bodily assault Ventura, kicking her repeatedly as she curled into a fetal place.

“He kept kicking her,” she instructed the jury and courtroom. “He never used his hands.”

During the alleged assault, Combs also threatened Clark, saying he would “f–k” her “up,” too.

Clark testified that she felt fully powerless during the incident. She stated she pleaded with Combs’ security personnel to step in as he allegedly assaulted Ventura, but none of them intervened.

Desperate, Clark stated she known as Ventura’s mom, Regina Ventura, to alert her to the state of affairs.

“He’s beating the sh—out of your daughter,” she allegedly instructed Regina per PEOPLE. “I’m in over my head. I can’t call the police, but you may. Please help her.”

Before Clark’s emotional testimony, attorneys representing Combs questioned the character of her previous relationship with the music mogul, asking whether or not it had at all times been strictly skilled. They offered a textual content message allegedly despatched by Clark in June 2021, in which she purportedly admitted to having the “biggest crush” on Combs before working for him, according to USA Today. Clark denied ever sending the message and maintained that she only noticed Combs as a good friend.

Clark clarified that she revered Combs for his business acumen, describing him as tenacious and pushed by a robust want for success. Becoming emotional, she teared up while telling the court:

“I think I was a really good employee for him.”

Combs is going through a slew of fees ranging from sexual assault and coercion to drugging, racketeering, and pressured labor. If convicted, he might face up to life in prison.
