I think I finished four points behind Tyrrell, which is pretty much a shot, which would have been nice.
“But clearly I do not know what Rasmus goes to do this weekend, but it seems like he is most likely going to move me up and I’m going to need a choose next week, so hopefully I get a good cellphone call off Luke.”
Lowry has racked up four top-10 finishes this season, including two second-place results, but victory has eluded him so far.
Despite this, the Irish golfer believes his performance record will secure him a spot on the team heading to Bethpage Black in New York, and he’s focusing on fine-tuning his game in the upcoming weeks to support the team – if he gets selected.
