Music supervisor and tv character Sharon Osbourne once opened up about one of her and her late husband Ozzy Osbourne‘s legendary altercations, one that might have led to the Black Sabbath frontman’s demise.

Sharon and Ozzy, who marked their forty third marriage ceremony anniversary on July 4, 2025, just weeks before Ozzy handed away on July 22 at age 76, skilled more than 4 many years together that weren’t always easy crusing.

They encountered their share of highs and lows, but constantly maintained their transparency about every little thing, including difficult topics like Ozzy’s dishonest and dependancy struggles.

It could not have been an on the spot romantic connection for the pair, who raised three youngsters together – Aimee, Kelly, and Jack – and they could have battled fiercely, but their partnership was based on a stable basis where no heated argument might drive them aside.

Not even one that concerned Sharon hurling a bottle at Ozzy’s cranium.

During a joint visitor spot on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Sharon reminisced about her and Ozzy’s infamous “fabulous fights,” including the bottle throwing episode. “We had fabulous fights,” Sharon revealed. “I mean our fights were famous for a while.”

She continued, “There was one time,” before addressing her husband, “Do you remember when I threw that bottle at you?”

The Prince of Darkness responded, “No, I threw the bottle at you.” Sharon corrected, “No, I threw the bottle at you, at the back of your head.”

“Listen, I threw the bottle at – Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah,” Ozzy yelled at Sharon before laughing. Sharon explained, “And he was like – we were in a hotel room somewhere. We argue. He leaves the room. I’m, like, so mad. I pick up his bottle of whatever it was. I think it was brandy, and I threw it down the hallway.”

She continued, “And as I threw it, the bottle was doing this [imitates spinning], and I’m going, ‘No!’ And it went, ‘Bang!’ like this on the back of his head, and I’m like, ‘Oh, my god, I’ve killed him. Oh, my god.'”

DeGeneres requested Sharon if Ozzy went down. She replied, “No, he just went like that [touches her head] and then he comes running after me. ‘Right, you.’ So, he gets me against the wall and then he looked at me.

“I seemed at him, and we just began to giggle. Neither of us knew why had been combating because we had been so out of it. So we ended up laughing.”

As the live audience burst into laughter at the tale, the camera shifted to DeGeneres who gave the couple a worried nod.

The pair’s romance always existed beyond conventional boundaries. Therefore, it comes as no shock that their marriage didn’t begin in a traditional manner either.

Reflecting on her and Ozzy’s Hawaiian wedding ceremony, Sharon described it as “uncommon.”

Speaking with Ozzy about the day on their podcast, Sharon said, “You obtained completely s— confronted. You never even obtained out of the van. I do not know where you had been going, some membership. And you never even obtained out of the van because you had been already so drunk on the best way there.”

Ozzy replied, “Well, I had a good time, I feel.” Sharon laughed and added, “In the van by your self.” The former Black Sabbath frontman continued, “I do not bear in mind the marriage, .”

Sharon said, “You never even got here in on the marriage night time. The supervisor called and said, ‘Your husband is laying in the corridor. Will you come and get him?’ And I said, ‘No, I will not.'”

Ozzy asked his wife, “So you spent the marriage night time on your own?”

She replied, “Well, who the f— else was I going to spend it with? And then in the morning, you got here in and went, ‘Oh, ah, I’ve left one thing downstairs. I’ve obtained to go.’ And you went back for a second spherical of drinks.”

Ozzy said, “I must have been having enjoyable then.” Sharon replied, “Yeah, I feel you had been.”

This wasn’t the only occasion Ozzy abandoned Sharon alone in a hotel room. He once became so intoxicated in Japan that he brought a woman back to their shared hotel suite, completely forgetting Sharon was there. She delivered quite the surprise when she discovered what he had done.

In a no-holds-barred interview on The Howard Stern Show, Ozzy recounted, “One time I used to be in Japan with her and I forgot I took my spouse to Japan and I went out and obtained sauced up, I took a chick back to my room, she knocked the chick out and smashed me over the pinnacle with a image body.”

“Is that true?” Stern queried Sharon, who confirmed, “It’s completely true,” before adding, “He always does when he goes to Japan.

“He cheats?” Stern probed. “Yeah,” Sharon responded. The host commented, “He does and then gets you crazy.”

Ozzy told his spouse, “That’s not fair,” prompting her to rethink her assertion, saying, “Alright, not every time.”
