“So, eating healthier. It’s all about taking care of myself and I think that it’s connected, you know? What I put in my mouth makes a big difference. If I eat an apple, I feel better. Wilson instructed Fox News Digital in 2024 that her gastric bypass and lap band surgical procedures helped her go from 310 kilos to 200 kilos.
“That’s fricking amazing,” she mentioned. “I am so thrilled about that, you know what I mean? I’m not skinny, I’m not perfect, but I’m so much healthier than I was. And I just want people to be healthy. So, if you take Ozempic or Mounjaro or whatever you do, and it works for you, great. Get healthier. There shouldn’t be a stigma around any of this. It’s to improve our health.”

“That’s why it’s called ‘Connecting with Carnie,’ because I want to encourage other people to connect, too. But you have to be brave, you have to be willing and honest with yourself first and then speak up and out. And that’s why I had to get honest,” she mentioned.
