Secretary of State Macro Rubio instructed reporters on Friday that Russia’s dedication to attaining a ceasefire in Ukraine ought to change into obvious in a “matter of weeks”.

At least 16 people – including six children – were confirmed dead in a missile strike on a residential area with a playground nearby, with many dozens wounded.

Russia boasted of having killed up to 85 people, alleging it struck a restaurant gathering of Ukrainian military people including foreign instructors.
