New particulars have come to gentle following the tragic death of Joshua Allen.
The “So You Think You Can Dance” star reportedly walked directly into the practice that finally took his life in Fort Worth, Texas, on Sept. 30 at the age of 36, according to the US Sun.
A 911 call obtained by the outlet on Friday confirmed that an unidentified man called police to report that a male had been struck by a practice in Fort Worth at the time.

The caller went on to inform dispatch that the practice’s conductors had described the person hit by the practice, and the sufferer finally turned out to be the beloved “SYTYCD” Season 4 winner.
“They said it was a Black male with a tan shirt, and he was recording on his phone while he was walking towards the train,” the caller reported, per the outlet’s recording.
The practice’s conductors first seen Allen from roughly 200 ft away, according to the police report from the incident.

“I made contact with [the conductors] of the train, they both stated that while traveling northbound on the train tracks, they observed Joshua walking southbound on the train tracks, and recording the train as it got closer,” the police report said.
“[The conductors] then began to sound the train’s horn to get the attention of Joshua,” it continued. “However, Joshua ignored the horn and continued to walk towards the train until he was struck.”
“The conductors both stated they had only observed Joshua when he was approximately 200 feet away,” the report concluded, “and could not stop the train.”

Allen was said to be pronounced lifeless at the scene.
One of the well-known dancer’s kin first confirmed Allen’s passing in a assertion to GWN on Oct. 1. They said Allen was struck by a practice and died at the hospital in the future earlier.
Emmanuel Hurd, Allen’s pal from the dance neighborhood pal, told the outlet that he was shocked by the news.

Hurd remembered the “SYTYCD” alum as “a very honest, real person” who “didn’t always do things the way that everybody thought he should, but that’s why he was a winner.”
Allen’s ultimate Instagram post from July 21, meanwhile, was a touching tribute to actor Malcolm-Jamal Warner, the “Cosby Show” star who died at the age of 54 after drowning while on trip in Costa Rica.
“Fly high King,” the dancer wrote alongside a picture of himself and Warner.
Allen received the widespread Fox actuality competitors show in 2008 when he was just 18 years outdated.

The runner-up that season was Stephen “tWitch” Boss, who went on to DJ on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show.” Boss later took his own life at the age of 40 in December 2022.
“We were two of the closest people there,” Allen told Entertainment Weekly after successful Season 4 of “SYTYCD,” including that he and Boss “were really happy for each other.”
After “SYTYCD,” Allen landed appearing roles in 2010’s “Step Up 3D” and 2011’s “Footloose,” as properly as an episode of “American Horror Story” in 2011.
