Using data from Zillow’s Home Value Index and the US Census data from 2021 and 2023, the company has compiled “America’s Fastest-Growing Suburbs With Home Values Under $500K in 2025.”
Stockbridge, a suburb of Atlanta, Georgia, was named the nation’s fastest-growing suburb, with an increase of 6,908 residents in just two years — a sizable 24.18% increase in its general population.
No doubt, new residents are taking benefit of the inexpensive real estate, with the average home worth in the realm $303,705.

The booming suburb, positioned just 35 minutes from Atlanta’s downtown space, also boasts access to outside recreation, including the close by Panola Mountain State Park.

Unsurprisingly, however, other Southern and Southwestern states featured closely, with residents from both the Northeast and West Coast migrating there in an attempt to make their money stretch additional.

Kyle, a suburb of Austin, Texas, rounded out the top three, with an increase of 16.15% in its population in just two years.
While Austin’s real estate market has soared over the past decade, , the average home worth in Kyle is $323,917, making it one of the most inexpensive neighborhoods in the town.
Florida, Arizona, North Carolina, and Tennessee also had suburbs seem on the record, as did Indiana.
Westfield, a suburb of Indianapolis, has seen a surge in residents, enticed by an average home worth of $482,509.
