Tim Walz and Ilhan Omar Caught Posing in Photos

Photos have surfaced exhibiting Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz (D) and Democrat Rep. Ilhan Omar (MN-5) posing with Abdul Dahir Ibrahim, a Somali unlawful immigrant with prior fraud convictions.

Ibrahim was convicted of asylum and welfare fraud in Canada, according to Fox News. Underscoring the failures of the immigration system as a entire across many years, he reportedly entered the United States through New York after being deported from Canada in 1995.

An X post by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) states that he wasn’t issued deportation orders in America until 2004. Now, 21 years later, he has finally been arrested.

Ibrahim racked up at least a dozen site visitors and parking violations during his three many years in the United States. One such infraction, according to the New York Post, concerned driving without a legitimate license in Minnesota in 2002. He was also busted at the time for offering false info to law enforcement officers. He was fined and sentenced to a yr of probation for that case.

Throughout his prolonged overstay in the United States, Ibrahim was photographed with major political gamers in the North Star State, including Walz, Omar, and failed Minneapolis mayoral candidate Omar Fateh.

DHS posted those photographs of Ibrahim cozying up to the celebs of the Democratic Party.

Ilhan Omar’s Tight Connections to Minnesota Fraudsters Who Stole Hundreds of Millions in Welfare Racket

These bombshell pictures of Walz and Omar posing in pleasant pictures with the unlawful Somali fraudster could not come at a worse time for the Minnesota Democrats. 

Walz is already dealing with intense scrutiny and mounting calls for an investigation as to his position in permitting the state’s exploding multi-billion-dollar welfare fraud schemes to happen under his watch. Those schemes, as reported by PurpleState on Friday, involving taxpayer-funded fraud across a number of public help packages, might quantity to over $8 billion in whole.

Aside from being photographed with Ibrahim, PurpleState Editor Bob Hoge revealed that Omar “has strong relationships with at least two scammers.”

Those scammers have been Salim Ahmed Said, who held Omar’s 2018 marketing campaign victory celebration in his restaurant, and Guhaad Hashi Said, who labored on the “Squad” members’ campaigns in 2018 and 2020.

Salim reportedly was convicted on 21 counts this past March, including wire fraud, federal packages bribery, and money laundering, after pocketing a cool $5 million. Guhaad pleaded guilty in August after falsely claiming to serve 5,000 meals a day to earn advantages from Minnesota’s Feeding Our Future program. He pocketed a not insignificant $3.2 million.

Omar, when confronted by GWN about the alleged widespread fraud, struggled to clarify what was going on. Her response was shifty at best.

“I think what happened, um, is that, you know, when you have these, kind of new programs that are, um, designed to help people, you’re oftentimes relying on third parties to be able to facilitate,” Omar told Jake Tapper. “And I just think that a lot of the COVID programs that were set up — they were set up so quickly that a lot of the guardrails did not get created.”

Again, Omar and Walz haven’t been accused of any malfeasance involving the Minnesota Somali fraud scandal. Walz, though, has been accused by DHS Secretary Kristi Noem of being “an fool” and/or deliberately permitting the fraud to happen under his nostril.
