A conservative attorney who performed a key position in Donald Trump’s makes an attempt to overturn the outcomes of the 2020 presidential election has completely misplaced his capacity to apply law in the state of California.

The California Supreme Court on Wednesday declined to intervene in rulings from decrease courts that discovered John Eastman had misled courts and promoted meritless claims in order to advance Trump’s efforts to block Congress from certifying Joe Biden‘s victory.
