The President stated:

In addition, yesterday we achieved a whole reset with China after productive talks in Geneva. Both sides now agreed to scale back the tariffs imposed after April 2nd to 10 p.c for 90 days as negotiators proceed on the bigger structural points. And I need to inform you that, a couple of issues. First, that does not embody the tariffs that are already on, our tariffs, and it does not embody tariffs on vehicles, metal, aluminum, issues such as that.
