Trump warns US will cease to exist without | Political News

President Donald Trump claimed U.S. elections have been “rigged, stolen, and a laughingstock” in his latest alarming assault on the legitimacy of American democracy.
The president took to his Truth Social account to share his grievance on U.S. elections, calling for dramatic adjustments in the nation’s electoral system, are just months before the midterm elections are scheduled to happen in November.
“America’s Elections are Rigged, Stolen, and a Laughingstock all over the World. We are either going to fix them, or we won’t have a Country any longer. I am asking all Republicans to fight for the following: SAVE AMERICA ACT!” he wrote. It comes as a new image from the Epstein information reveals an virtually bare lady on the ground while a sinister image hangs on the wall.
Trump continued his tirade by itemizing 3 ways to “fix” future contests.
“1. ALL VOTERS MUST SHOW VOTER ID (IDENTIFICATION!). 2. ALL VOTERS MUST SHOW PROOF OF UNITED STATES CITIZENSHIP TO REGISTER FOR VOTING. 3. NO MAIL-IN BALLOTS (EXCEPT FOR ILLNESS, DISABILITY, MILITARY, OR TRAVEL!),” he concluded.

President Trump has long claimed that undocumented immigrants and non-citizens have been illegally allowed to vote in national contests, and hence, a proof of citizenship needs to be a requirement to solid ballots. However, instances of election fraud by immigrants are nonexistent, and consultants have slammed those claims as efforts to disinfranchise weak communities.
Trump’s latest post comes as he called to “nationalize” voting or for the federal authorities to “take over” elections in the U.S. as he ranted about immigration on former deputy FBI director Dan Bongino’s podcast.
“The Republicans should say, ‘we want to take over,’” he said. “We should take over the voting, the voting in at least many—15 places. The Republicans ought to nationalize the voting.”
His proposals would probably be thought-about unconstitutional, however, as the U.S. Constitution dictates that American elections are ruled by state law, which means that voting is performed by county and municipal officers in precincts across the nation.

In current weeks, the Trump administration has ramped up its baseless rhetoric that the 2020 elections have been stolen.
Last week, the FBI, under orders of staunch Trump ally Kash Patel, seized ballots and other voting information from the 2020 elections in a Georgia county where some Republicans falsely declare that election fraud occurred.
Similarly, the Justice Department is demanding that a number of states, including Minnesota, flip over their voting information to construct a national voter file for the Trump administration.
Trump jokes about election interference
Interestingly, despite his tirades, Trump himself has joked about interfering with elections, posting on Friday a viral, controversial post that confirmed former President Barack Obama and former first woman Michelle Obama as monkeys at the end of a 62-second video assailing voting machines
Likewise, the president has repeatedly commented on the likelihood of interfering with elections in current weeks, though the White House has largely dismissed it as facetious.
During a January interview with GWN, the president complained about the midterm elections, claiming that Republicans are already at a drawback.
“It’s some deep psychological thing, but when you win the presidency, you don’t win the midterms,” Trump said during an interview with GWN this month. He went on to say that during his first 12 months in workplace, he had achieved so a lot that “when you think of it, we shouldn’t even have an election.”
Then, at an look in Des Moines, Iowa, he told supporters that he ought to run for a third time period, despite the Constitution strictly prohibiting it.
“I think we have the best poll numbers we’ve ever had,” Trump said to a small crowd of locals at the Machine Shed Restaurant close to Des Moines. “Think of it, if I were to run again, if I run again, would anyone be happy? So we have the best poll numbers we’ve ever had.”
