UFC legend Jon Jones in heated road rage…
Jon Jones can’t keep out of the news.
The equally gifted yet controversial MMA all-timer was caught on video in a confrontation with another man in his hometown of Albuquerque, New Mexico.
The man, Bryan Beltran, says he was “almost hit three times” by Jones’ truck.
“You’re almost f–king hitting me bro,” Beltran said to Jones in the video posted online.

Jones left his vehicle to confront the motive force, saying, “You gotta calm down bro. You gotta relax yourself bro,” and then flipping him off.
Beltran supplied a prolonged recounting of the incident on his Instagram web page, which has made waves since the confrontation surfaced online.
“I revved my car at him the first time it almost happened he still almost hit me twice after that so I flipped him off then he proceeded to stop in the middle of the road back up and come into the same parking lot,” he wrote on IG.
“The night before another guy in a truck pulled out in front [of] me so this was pretty annoying considering it was the second time a guy in a truck cant drive…i guess those are ABQ drivers for you stay safe.”
Beltran also famous that he knew the person confronting him was the previous UFC champion.
“Btw i know its John [sic] Jones i didn’t know who it was when i flipped him off but definitely realized who it was quick!” he said, with a laughing emoji. “No hate or hard feelings towards my guy John but i think he might need to take some driving classes cause he almost him (sic) multiple times😅. Hopefully soon i make another video where we can maybe shake hands and ‘squash the beef’😂😂 lol.”
Jones hasn’t posted about the incident publicly to this level, and of course, it’s unknown if he’ll care to do so.
Beltran also wrote a paragraph addressing varied commenters in his mentions.

“All of you with John’s meat in your mouth relax, it ain’t that deep,” he wrote. “I know he was a world champion, and no, I don’t think I could beat him in a fight lol. But like I said, he should still be more careful. Being famous or trained doesn’t matter when it comes to someone pulling a trigger. Anything can happen. And like I said, I don’t carry and didn’t try anything, so I’m not someone to worry about.”
Jones, of course, had been in the news recently for his public dispute with UFC CEO Dana White relating to his exclusion from the White House card, leaving his MMA future up in the air as he continues to rehab from a hip injury.
Jones has had his share of legal points, including those involving autos.
The former UFC mild heavyweight and heavyweight champion was arrested in March 2020 after cops heard gunshots and discovered him in the motive force’s seat of a car. He failed a breathalyzer check and was arrested on 4 expenses, including DWI. As half of a plea deal, he pled guilty to DWI while the other expenses have been dropped. He averted jail time.
Jones acquired probation after pleading guilty to leaving the scene of a crash that injured a pregnant lady in 2015.
