Vehicular Attacks Up 3200 Percent – RedState

Law enforcement at any degree could be a harmful business. Law enforcement officers – LEOs – are ceaselessly called upon to deal with people who are, frankly, not pillars of the neighborhood. Federal law enforcement is no exception, and these days, it looks as if it is getting more harmful by the day if one is an officer tasked with implementing our nation’s immigration legal guidelines. 

That’s in large half because of the actions of leftist lunatics who are attempting the whole lot they will to intrude with those officers, and they don’t seem to be content with shouting and waving indicators. A new report from the Department of Homeland Security now signifies that assaults on Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) brokers are skyrocketing.

bodily assaults against U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers are up 1,300%, vehicular assaults are up 3,200% and death threats are up 8,000%, the Department of Homeland Security said after a U.S. citizen was shot and killed during an alleged vehicular assault in Minneapolis this week.

Federal authorities argue the taking pictures was justified and in self-defense. Local and state officers say in any other case.

This will, no doubt, be litigated through the suitable channels. As will this case:

One day after the Minneapolis taking pictures, two Venezuelan nationals have been shot by a Border Patrol agent after they tried to run him over with their vehicle in Portland, Ore., the Department of Homeland Security said. DHS also describes the taking pictures as self-defense and justified.

The two Venezuelans and alleged Tren de Aragua members “weaponized their vehicle against Border Patrol in Portland. The agent took immediate action to defend himself and others, shooting them,” DHS said.

These are clearly people we do not need in our nation; they would not have been in Portland at all if it weren’t for the Biden administration’s non-enforcement of the border and of immigration legal guidelines. The ICE, DHS, and Border Patrol brokers are on the market attempting to get this mess under control, and are doing nothing more than truly implementing legal guidelines handed by our elected representatives through the method outlined in the Constitution.

Enforcement actions continue as assaults against ICE officers have elevated by unprecedented numbers in less than one 12 months. By November, assaults against ICE officers had elevated by 1,000% and death threats by 8,000%, The Center Square reported. 

ICE and Border Patrol officers also skilled an historic surge of vehicular assaults. By November, there had been 71 reported vehicular assaults against U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers, including Border Patrol, in contrast to 45 vehicular assaults during the same period in 2024, a 58% increase, The Center Square reported. 

Over the same time body, 28 vehicular assaults have been reported against ICE officers in contrast to two assaults in 2024, a 1,300% increase.

That share has since elevated practically three-fold to 3,200% as of last week, DHS said.

Yes, law enforcement is a harmful business certainly. But it is the leftist protestors, rioters, and let’s face it, rebels, who are enjoying the actually harmful recreation right here. They are treading on rebel territory; not “walking around the Capitol taking selfies,” hooliganism variety of factor, but an precise, no-Schiff rebel. The left has their toes proper up on this line, and appear poised to step over, and it isn’t going to end up at all like they suppose it’s.
