Cameron Young secured his second PGA Tour victory of the 2026 season, cruising to a commanding six-shot triumph over runner-up Scottie Scheffler at the Cadillac Championship.

Young, who dominated the Trump-owned format with a 19-under complete across 4 rounds, addressed his dialog with the president during his post-round media session, though he rigorously averted revealing his political stance.

“He was just very complimentary, the way that he, you know, I’ve been fortunate to meet him before, and that’s especially with us golfers, it’s something he loves,” Young said.
