A lady who had her anus, rectum and bladder removed after a surgical procedure for a “non-existent” tumour has claimed that she was “mutilated”. Tania, 39, from Valencia, Spain, is taking legal motion over alleged medical negligence following surgical procedure for what she was informed was “endometriosis with intestinal obstruction and a tumour”.

She said: “They mutilated me; that’s the word: it was a full-blown mutilation.” Her ordeal started when she visited her GP to talk about problems from the long-term autoimmune disease lupus.
