She continued in the voiceover: “She’s only ten! I still have another ten years of what I wanna do! I just wanna be me!”

Kim then mocked her mom Kris Jenner as she said: “This momager is not taking ten per cent.”

As it turned out, Kim was right to worry as North’s performance at the Hollywood Bowl did not go down well with social media.

One X user wrote at the time: “North West would probably be great as the lead in a high school production of ‘The Lion King’ but for a 30th-anniversary concert it’s a bit embarrassing.

“The nepotism was clear, and you could see and hear the lack of rehearsal. Shame on the parents… this was more for them than her.”

One X user claimed West’s casting “ruined (the) integrity” of the Disney classic.
