Katy Perry has been slammed as “unforgivable” by the family of an aged veteran who was slapped with a $6 million lawsuit by the singer.

Perry and her fiancé, Orlando Bloom, emerged victorious in 2023 of their legal battle over a lavish Montecito, Calif., mansion — which they purchased for $14.2 million in 2021 and was beforehand owned by disabled veteran, Carl Westcott.

The “Roar” hitmaker, 40, sued the 85-year-old bed-bound veteran, who lives with a neurological dysfunction, for back rent and alleged damages.

Now, Westcott’s family has hit out on the “Lifetimes” singer for her “greedy” actions as they accused the Hollywood elite of “treating ordinary people like dirt.”

“She has no sense of fair play, no empathy, zero empathy, quite the opposite,” the veteran’s son, Chart Westcott, instructed The Sun.

“The worse the condition my father is in, the harsher they’ve been in trial,” Chart stated of the pop star and her legal crew.

The two events have been locked in a legal feud since 2020, when Westcott signed a deal to promote his sprawling 8.9-acre property to Perry and Bloom during the pandemic.

However, he later claimed that his judgment had been impaired as a consequence of a slew of health points he’s battling, saying he was not in the precise headspace to enter into the contract on the time.

As a consequence, Westcott was slapped with a lawsuit from the singer and her legal crew. In December 2023, Perry and Bloom had been declared the legal house owners of the gated mansion following a four-year legal battle.

After getting the keys to the property in March 2024, Perry launched a large-scale lawsuit in opposition to Westcott via her crew, claiming the disabled veteran owes her $6 million — a declare that his family is disputing.

The Post has reached out reps for Perry and Bloom for remark.

Chart added that Perry and the “Pirates of the Caribbean” actor — who share daughter Daisy — have been “unforgivable” in the way in which they’ve “conducted their affairs,” including that they’ve been “unreasonable from the start.”

“But it’s how the Hollywood elite system works — I’ve seen this up close — they treat ordinary people like dirt, it’s been a difficult time for the family,” Chart stated.

Chart claims his father, who lives with Huntington’s illness, has “not talked about this damages case,” including that he’s in a “horrible condition” and has been bedridden for “well over 18 months.”
