You can get top-tier loyalty perks with this major cruise line, even as a first-time guest | Latest Travel News
Norwegian Cruise Line friends can now get top-tier loyalty perks on its sister manufacturers even if they’ve never sailed with them – and vice versa.
The line’s mum or dad company, Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd., will now honor standing across its three cruise manufacturers, Norwegian, Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises. Members of the traces’ loyalty packages will obtain the “closest corresponding tier across all three brands on a per-cruise basis,” the company said in a Sept. 29 news release.
The new coverage will apply to cruises departing Oct. 15 and past.
“We want our guests to feel rewarded whenever they choose to sail within our family of award-winning cruise brands,” Harry Sommer, president and chief government officer of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd., said in the release. “With the new Loyalty Status Honoring Program, our guests can experience more of what makes each brand special, while still enjoying the loyalty recognition they’ve worked hard to achieve.”

If friends are members of more than one of the three packages:
-
Norwegian’s Latitudes Rewards,
-
Oceania’s Oceania Club, or
-
Regent’s Seven Seas Society,
The cruise traces will honor this system with the very best standing. However, friends’ precise standing with the road will continue to be decided by cruise exercise.
“A Commodore Seven Seas Society member from Regent sailing with Norwegian for the first time will be honored as an Ambassador Latitudes Rewards member for that voyage,” Norwegian said on its web site, as an instance. “After the cruise, their Latitudes Rewards status will revert to their tier based on their actual cruise history and points earned with Norwegian.”
Passengers can view a chart online right here detailing how loyalty advantages might be honored. Instructions on how to submit a standing match request can be found on Norwegian’s web site.
The program is just not the only one of its sort to launch in latest years. Royal Caribbean Group, mum or dad company of Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises and Silversea Cruises, launched a related standing match program across the three manufacturers in 2024.
