Fox News halts for breaking news as Trump shouts | TV Shows

News community Fox News halted its coverage on Monday for breaking news as President Donald Trump greeted the Australian prime minister at the White House.

During the Oct. 20 episode of Faulkner Focus, host Harris Faulkner was talking to Fox News political analyst Gianno Caldwell about the New York City mayoral race when she abruptly cut to footage of Trump greeting Anthony Albanese as he arrived at the White House.

After yet another abrupt cut to the community’s coverage, she told viewers, “This is breaking right now. The president greeting the Australian prime minister. Gianno, I’ll come back to you. Let’s watch this live.” It comes after a lip reader noticed troubled Zelensky’s 8-word message to Trump.

She added, “And as the Australian prime minister arrives, I said set this up a couple of minutes ago. Rare earth minerals are at the heart of this.

“We have a friendship with Australia. So, the president will greet the Australian prime minister and they’ll sit down. Let’s hear. Sometimes you may hear one thing.”

Audio was then heard of a reporter asking the president, “Your message to the people of Australia,” to which Trump yelled back, “We love them.”

Another reporter asked, “What do you hope to accomplish today?” Trump once again yelled back to the press, “Loads, a lot. Great issues. Thank you very a lot!”

Before heading inside with Trump, Albanese added to the press, “We’re going to get a lot carried out.”

Faulkner then added, “Alright, the president loves Australia. We have a gret relationship and what can we hope to accomplish that report requested, ‘a lot, a lot. Great issues.’ The president of america as they enter now.”

The host added to her viewers, “In a few minutes they’re going to go into the Oval Office and we’ll see them live for news reporters. That is always attention-grabbing with this specific president. You never know what you are going to get besides for 100 persent access to him and his visitors.”

Faulkner then cut back to her earlier discussion with Caldwell about the mayoral race.

Later in the episode, Fox cut a commercial short to show viewers live coverage of Trump and Albanese speaking to reporters.

However, there was a glitch with cameras as they set up.

Trump seemed upset by the hold-up and said, “Did you need to transfer your digital camera over right here or are we going to have – who are you capturing for?” as the camera glitched more.

Faulkner then mentioned the shift going on and said that she and the network were caught off guard by Trump and Albanese’s move from the Oval Office to the dinning room in the White House.

“I feel they’re still getting into place right here, so, we’re going to watch as that occurs and go back,” Faulkner said.

However, when the host tried to introduce two guests, she was cut off again as Trump began to speak.

Trump said Albanese has done a “improbable” job as prime minister. “We’re hear to speak about trading, submarines, heaps of other navy gear.”

Then, Trump looked up at a cameraman and said, “Oh you bought to watch that. Watch that. You’re not allowed to break that. That mirror is 400 years previous. A digital camera just hit the mirror.”

He added, “I just moved it up right here particular from the vaults and the first factor that occurs, a digital camera hits it.”

Trump then turned to Albanese and said, “Hard to consider is not it? Hard to consider. But theses are the issues in life.”
