Actor and director Timothy Busfield was spotted out of his orange jail jumpsuit for the first time since going through allegations of youngster intercourse abuse.

Busfield, 68, was photographed Wednesday dressed in an all-black outfit and holding a water bottle as he was being picked up by a limo from his ritzy $750 a evening New Mexico Airbnb, according to GWN.

“The West Wing” actor was joined by a member of his legal workforce, as his supportive spouse, Melissa Gilbert, was seen waving goodbye to him from the posh property.

He left the Airbnb to deal with one thing associated to his case and will return to the rental property Wednesday evening, sources told the outlet.

Prosecutors have charged Busfield with two counts of legal inappropriate contact of a minor and one rely of youngster abuse for allegedly inappropriately touching two youngster actors on the Fox collection “The Cleaning Lady,” which he has denied doing.

The abuse started in 2022 when the 2 younger actors, both boys, have been just 7 years previous, court paperwork alleged.

An investigation started in November 2024 after a doctor notified cops that they suspected inappropriate abuse and grooming after inspecting one of the kids at the University of New Mexico Hospital, the legal criticism said.

Busfield was also accused by prosecutors in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, of inappropriately abusing a 16-year-old woman “several years ago” in Sacramento, California, in a movement filed Jan. 14.

Judge David Murphy ordered on Tuesday that Busfield be launched on his own recognizance until the trial.

The Emmy-winning actor was told he may go away the state to live at home. He will also be supervised upon his release by a pretrial service in Albuquerque.

Several of Busfield’s former co-stars, including Ken Olin, Patricia Wettig, and Peter Horton, have penned letters of help testifying to his character, according to Deadline.

Busfield’s attorneys have been adamant in court filings that there’s a lack of evidence of the alleged crimes.
