Fox News interrupted its programming schedule for a breaking alert as Today Show host Savannah Guthrie, 54, shared a tearful plea for her lacking mom, Nancy Guthrie, 84.

The mom of the Today Show host was reported lacking on Sunday, February 1, after failing to attend her normal church service in Tucson, Arizona. Authorities consider that the host’s mom was kidnapped from her residence someday during the previous evening after sharing dinner with her other daughter, Annie. Investigators found a blood path exterior Nancy’s residence, with the darkish crimson stains seen on the brown tiles approaching the doorway.

Savannah shared a prolonged video to her Instagram followers as she sat alongside her two siblings. The trio pleaded for their mom’s return.

During Wednesday’s broadcast on Fox News, chief correspondent Jonathan Hunt said, “An extraordinary statement from the children of Nancy Guthrie.”

In the video, Samantha appeared in the center, sitting alongside Annie and her brother, Cameron.

Hunt said. “All of them ended the video with the statement there. ‘We love you, Mom.”

“You can feel the pain coming through there,” he identified. “From an investigative point of view, it’s interesting to hear Savannah Guthrie saying, ‘We too have heard the reports of a ransom note.’

“But then, seeming to instantly deal with a kidnapper, if there may be a kidnapper,” Hunt noted before quoting, “‘We are prepared to discuss. We need to know without a doubt that she is alive and you’ve her.'”

Hunt believed the Guthrie family — who might have filmed the video at Nancy’s home — wanted proof of life with their message.

Fox News host Jesse Watters, 47, then took over from Hunt and continued with the rest of the show.

In the Instagram video, the NBC star described her missing mother as “a type, trustworthy, loyal, fiercely loving girl of goodness and mild.

“She is funny, spunky, and clever. She has grandchildren who adore her, and crowd around her, and cover her with kisses. She loves fun and adventure. She is a devoted friend. She is full of kindness and knowledge. Talk to her, and you’ll see,” the anchor said while holding back her feelings.

Savannah’s sister Annie added, “Nancy is our mother, we are her children. She is our beacon.

“She holds fast to joy and all of life’s circumstances. She chooses joy day after day despite having already passed through great trials of pain and grief. We are always going to be merely human. Just normal human people who need our mom. Mama, if you’re listening, we need you to come home. We miss you,” Annie went on.

While fighting back tears, the anchor pressed on and continued, “We will not rest. Your children will not rest until we are together again. We speak to you every moment. And we pray without ceasing, and we rejoice in advance that day that we hold you in our arms again. We love you, mom.”

Savannah’s brother Cameron then chimed in, “We love you, mom. Stay strong.”
