Russia issues nuclear apocalypse threat as WW3

Russian ex-president Dmitry Medvedev has warned of a “real possibility” of a “nuclear apocalypse” as he cautioned that Russia is on a collision course with the UK and the remaining of Europe.

In a chilling tackle to Russian schoolchildren, the close Putin ally declared: “Our conflict with the Western world today is existential in nature.

“That is, it is a query of existence,” he said.

“And, sadly, I’ve no illusions about what will occur next,” he added.

“I’m often accused of utilizing harsh rhetoric and speaking about a nuclear apocalypse.”

“But, sadly, it is a real risk. Anyone who would not understand this is either a dreamer or a idiot.”

“But I actually don’t need that to occur.”

“God forbid, of course, that we witness such occasions, but they can’t be ruled out.”

“And we must put together for them.”

“This is exactly why we have now a triad of strategic nuclear forces in our nation.”

Medvedev stated Russia was “pressured to conduct a particular navy operation,” referring to the conflict against Ukraine – and asserted “the explanations are well-known” without elaborating further.

“As for Europe, we have now no aggressive intentions, but however, this flywheel is popping,” he said.

He accused Western nations of manufacturing “a big quantity of weapons” while maintaining the belief that “conflict is inevitable.”

He took aim at Donald Trump‘s assertions that he had brought as many as ten conflicts to an end.

“We ourselves perceive what this well-known politician’s phrases imply today,” he said.
