Meanwhile, Tiger Woods dealt pointless blow on top of rehab and comeback

Gaugert, however, shortly rebounded, showing on the bag for Dylan Wu during the opening spherical of the Charles Schwab Challenge at Colonial Country Club, just two PGA Tour occasions after the PGA Championship.

A seasoned veteran with a strong popularity in the game, Gaugert has beforehand labored with notable names including Ryan Moore, Patrick Rodgers, and Alex Noren. Despite his profitable partnership with two-time PGA Tour winner Higgo — which included a victory at the Corales Puntacana Championship in 2025 — the pair in the end could not make it work. He went on to add: “If you know me, then you know I am very casual and laid back. But – I don’t know. I don’t want to be there ten minutes early. I know that five minutes is fine. I thought I had time. I was obviously too casual, yeah.”
