Yet another tragic story confirming what a horrible thought it was to enable just anybody across our nation’s Southern border. It’s also a reminder that, under the Biden-Harris administration, every city turned a border city because they intentionally unfold the poison nationwide.

On June twenty ninth, in Coldwater, Michigan — a suburb between Chicago and Detroit — a 20-year-old employee at a pork processing plant reportedly bought into an argument with a co-worker, and instead of merely strolling away, the 20-year-old allegedly selected violence. Haitian unlawful immigrant Valmir Djempsley allegedly fatally stabbed his co-worker. The accused is an unlawful alien who was allowed in the nation thanks to Biden-Harris catch-and-release insurance policies.

BREAKING: DHS confirms that a suspect arrested for homicide after he allegedly stabbed his coworker to death at a Michigan meat plant is a Haitian unlawful alien who was caught and launched at the Texas border by the Biden administration in 2024. ICE has positioned a detainer on Valmir Djempsly and he’s now charged with homicide. 

DHS assertion:

“This illegal alien barbarically stabbed his coworker to death,” said DHS Acting Assistant Secretary Lauren Bis. “This murderer was released into American communities by the Biden Administration. If it weren’t for the reckless open border policies of the Biden Administration, this criminal never would have been in our country in the first place and his victim would still be alive. We have lodged a detainer asking Michigan to not release this dangerous criminal from jail without notifying ICE.”

According to a criticism filed in Branch County’s 3-A District Court, Coldwater police responded to a reported stabbing at The Clemons Meat Processing Plant, 572 Newton Road shortly after 7:41 p.m.

The sufferer [Brandon Eduardo Vasquez-Chavez] was discovered unresponsive with a single stab wound to his decrease back. Despite lifesaving efforts, Vasquez-Chavez was pronounced lifeless at the scene at 8:19 p.m.

Djempsley was detained by Branch County Sheriff’s Sgt. Paulino Hernandez after witnesses recognized him as the suspect.

Multiple witnesses told investigators that Djempsley and Vasquez-Chavez had been concerned in a verbal argument moments before the stabbing. Witnesses reported seeing Djempsley confront the sufferer about a knife, then chase him and lunge toward his back with the weapon in a manufacturing space of the plant.

After Djempsley was Mirandized, he allegedly admitted that he argued with the sufferer and used the weapon, but claimed it was because he was head-butted. That half was not corroborated by witnesses. There may very well be security cameras in the processing plant that could affirm the eyewitness accounts, and police are in possession of the knife.

Gov. Mike DeWine Bemoans Damage to Ohio’s Economy and Communities After SCOTUS Ends Haitian TPS. Really?

Djempsley appeared in court and entered a not guilty plea on Wednesday. Bond was denied due to public security issues and flight risk, Judge Weigle also famous Djempsley has an ICE maintain.

He is scheduled for a preliminary examination on July 10 at 9:30 a.m. Open homicide carries a potential life sentence under Michigan law. Djempsley stays in custody at the Branch County Jail.

Republicans like Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine and Rep. Mike Lawler (NY-17) decry the revocation of non permanent protected standing (TPS) of Haitians and how this might be a loss of good employees and a detriment to the financial system. Lawler is still pushing laws to attempt to keep them right here, claiming that the crime, drug trafficking, and fractious circumstances in Haiti are too harmful to ship them back.

While I’ve never disputed the flexibility of the President to end Temporary Protected Status (TPS), I strongly disagree with ending Haitian TPS at this time.

First, the state of affairs on the ground in Haiti is a humanitarian and political catastrophe and continues to warrant an extension. The State Department has a degree 4 journey advisory telling all Americans to evacuate and not journey there exactly because the gangs are in charge of the nation, engaged in gun and drug trafficking, and kidnapping harmless Haitians. We need to root it out and enable for a secure authorities to be set up with a free a honest election, creating the circumstances for a secure return for Haitians.

Second, of the 350,000+ lawful Haitian TPS holders, roughly 1/third work in our healthcare system. Immediately shutting off TPS will create a disaster in our hospitals, nursing properties, and in the I/DD neighborhood.

I’m asking the administration to enable for an orderly course of by which Haitian TPS holders can keep their work authorization while their immigration instances are adjudicated over the next six months, if the revocation of TPS strikes ahead.

Furthermore, I consider the Senate ought to take up my laws with Congresswoman Gillen to briefly prolong Haitian TPS to handle these points.

One can argue that these males will not be consultant of the purportedly hardworking Haitians that Lawler and DeWine are attempting to shield. But evidence to the opposite continues to add up the more of these murders and accidents unfold. 

And what of the victims’ households? The Florida Bangladeshi girl who in April was bludgeoned to death, allegedly by a TPS Haitian, Rolbert Joachin, leaving two kids without a mom. Or the household of Pennsylvania State Trooper Michael Pahira Jr., who on July 1 was run over, allegedly by Haitian unlawful alien Michael Bon. These are the most current crimes allegedly perpetrated by Haitian unlawful aliens and TPS Haitians, not including the felony gangs and the fraud rings occupying the eye of the FBI and the Fraud Task Force. 

Did this latest sufferer, Brandon Eduardo Vasquez-Chavez, have household? We could never know. But to lose one’s life over supposedly being head-butted borders on mindless, which explains to a “T” the actions of the prior administration and the damaged immigration system, which only served to facilitate and additional these tragedies.
