Bollywood playback singer Shantanu ‘Shaan’ Mukherjee and his spouse Radhika Mukherjee have made a high-value addition to their real estate portfolio with the acquisition of a luxurious residence at Palmera in Bandra West. The couple has acquired a 6,300-square-foot home for Rs 48 crore in the upscale residential development. The transaction was registered on August 20, 2026, and was brokered by Propbay India LLP.
The residence has been created by combining three separate flats unfold across roughly one-and-a-half flooring on the 18th stage of the tower.
