Rich Eisen forced to wear Iowa gear after losing…
George Kittle is now 2-0 on bets that contain the Iowa Hawkeyes this school soccer season.
During Wednesday morning’s opening section of “The Rich Eisen Show,” the host was seen sporting Kittle’s Iowa helmet after losing a guess to him following Saturday’s sport. The Hawkeyes prevailed in a last-second 20-19 victory.
Eisen, 57, is a proud alumnus of Michigan, where he attended and graduated from the varsity in the late Eighties. He was forced to reward Iowa on his show.
“Boy, do I love Iowa Hawkeyes football,” Eisen said to open the show. “What do I like about Iowa Hawkeyes football? I love the continuity that they have. Kirk Ferentz has been there since 1999. That’s when he brought Phil Parker with him, too.”
Eisen’s Iowa reward continued as he went on to say the Hawkeyes “play good defense.”
