Sarah Sherman prolonged an olive department to “White Lotus” actress Aimee Lou Wood after making her the butt of the joke on “Saturday Night Live.”

Wood took to social media over the weekend to precise her disappointment after “SNL” mocked her look, most notably, her tooth, in “The White Potus,” a sketch that parodied the HBO collection and President Donald Trump.

The “White Lotus” star, 31, known as the sketch “mean and unfunny,” later sharing that “SNL” apologized over the parody.

On Tuesday, Wood took to her Instagram Stories to share the “beautiful” reward Sherman, who portrayed Wood’s TV character, Chelsea, within the sketch, sent her.

Posting a photograph of a beautiful and colourful association, the star thanked the comic publicly for the type gesture.

“Thank you for the beautiful flowers,” Wood captioned the bouquet whereas tagging Sherman.

This comes after the actress was seemingly tricked into posting an apology from a spoof account pretending to be Sherman.

After realizing the error, Wood deleted the post.

“Many of you saw the recent SNL sketch where I portrayed a character inspired by @aimeelouwood I want to sincerely apologize for any hurt or discomfort that sketch may have caused her,” the apology from the pretend account learn.

The flowers from Sherman come after images emerged displaying Wood sobbing in South London on Monday after expressing her sorrow over the “SNL” parody. The British actress was comforted by “House of the Dragon” actor Ralph Davis.

Wood later addressed the images and defined her tears weren’t concerning the “SNL” drama whereas replying to a fan who claimed the actress was “reduced to tears because of people tearing into their appearance.”

The fan added, “Shame on SNL for their cruelty,” to which Wood responded, “Thank you so much. Just to say, I actually wasn’t crying about anything that the papers made out I was crying about 😂Something completely unrelated.”

While Wood didn’t recognize the parody on “SNL,” her co-star Walton Goggins praised it.

The actor, who performed Chelsea’s love curiosity, Rick, known as it “SMASHING” in a since-deleted post amid rumors that the pair had a falling out.

Eagle-eyed followers of the Emmy-winning collection seen Wood and Goggins don’t observe one another on Instagram and didn’t do press collectively to advertise “White Lotus.”

While they’ve but to handle the falling out rumors, their co-star Jason Isaacs (Timothy Ratliff) acknowledged that the forged had “arguments” whereas filming in Thailand.

“Some people got very close, there were friendships that were made and friendships that were lost,” he instructed Vulture.
