“Hoping for an update of them being reunited,” another replied.
Close to 100 involved commenters supplied ideas on how to find the doll’s proprietor, including those who said the toy resembled one bought at Build-A-Bear Workshop.
“If it is a build a bear (looks like it is) you can contact Build a Bear and they have barcodes inside that they can scan to help return it to its owner. It’s their “find a bear” program,” one particular person explained.
“That’s a Build a Bear. My daughter has the same one from 2022,” another confirmed.
Others gushed at the touching online plea.
“Best use of social media ever,” one said.
“This is why I love social media,” another person agreed.

A few expressed their discontent with the fact that the airport is worrying about the bear, and not their lost gadgets.
“How bout stop f–kin up our luggage! F–k that teddy bear … lmao,” one griped.
“Meanwhile, y’all can’t find my drivers license that was left in a TSA bin,” another added.
