Benson Boone apologized for making an onstage crotch grab Sunday on the 2025 Grammys after the second went viral on social media.
The “Slow It Down” singer, 22, made his mea culpa on his Instagram story early Monday morning.
“Sorry for adjusting my jumpsuit so aggressively on stage tonight,” Boone wrote throughout a shirtless selfie in mattress, including, “That thing was extremely restricting in certain areas.”

“That thing” Boone was referring to was his low-cut, child blue sequined jumpsuit. The ’70s-style bell-bottom mesh one-piece was designed by the singer’s stylist, Monty Jackson, per Women’s Wear Daily, and was revealed after Heidi Klum and Nikki Glaser ripped off a black tuxedo Boone was sporting as he started singing his hit “Beautiful Things.”
