Hungama in affiliation with the Bhamla Foundation, hosted a particular World Environment Day celebration on June 5, 2026, at the Amphi Theatre, Carter Road, Mumbai. The event introduced together leaders from leisure, business, public service, and social influence sectors to recognise people and organisations driving significant change and championing a more sustainable future.
Spearheaded by Asif Bhamla and Saher Bhamla, the Bhamla Foundation has been at the forefront of driving awareness around environmental points through impactful campaigns and community-led initiatives targeted on air high quality, waste management, plastic discount and sustainable dwelling. Over the years, the Foundation has marked World Environment Day through large-scale public engagement efforts, bringing together residents, policymakers, industry leaders and celebrities to inspire optimistic change.
The event was attended by authorities representatives and public officers.
