Boise State star working back and Heisman Trophy finalist Ashton Jeanty declared for the 2025 NFL Draft on Tuesday.
Jeanty is coming off an earth-shattering junior season, ending with 2,601 yards on the ground and 29 touchdowns whereas serving to Boise State attain the College Football Playoff.
“I’m excited to announce I am declaring for the 2025 NFL Draft,” Jeanty stated in a assertion asserting his resolution. “The opportunity to play in the NFL is a dream of mine, and I’m proud to represent Boise State and all of those who have helped me along the way at the next level.”

Jeanty completed with 27 yards shy of Barry Sanders’ single-season FBS dashing document that was set in 1988 when he had 2,628 yards.
In his last sport with the Broncos, Jeanty rushed for 104 yards on 30 carries within the Fiesta Bowl loss to Penn State.
He will forgo his senior season in opting into the draft.

Before the Fiesta Bowl, Boise State head coach Spencer Danielson credited Jeanty’s work ethic for what’s made him profitable in school.
“He’s the guy on the blue, in the snow, with his shirt off doing tug a war with his teammates, running all around the field.
