Irish combating legend Conor McGregor not too long ago hit the streets of Ireland to take on a growing homeless drawback. In a video posted to social media, the previous two-division UFC champion handed out care luggage, coats and food.
“What’s up everyone. I hope you’re all having a good new year,” McGregor said in the video. “Tonight I’m about to go around with my friend Chris from Liberty Soup Run. Been doing great work around the area supporting the homeless crisis which in my view is a state of emergency at this time. Homelessness is constantly on the rise.
“Not only is there a lack of motion, there’s even a lack of care, a lack of compassion,” McGregor continued. “The climate has taken a flip. It’s very, very, very cold on the market. I urge everybody, come out and assist. Give one thing … Let’s assist this trigger together.”
