Cody Johnson has grow to be the latest nation singer to cancel his reveals due to health points, following the likes of Dolly Parton who canceled her Las Vegas performances.

Cody had been due to continue touring this 12 months, but revealed in a post shared on X he’s having to postpone the concert events while he undergoes emergency surgical procedure.

Writing to followers, he said, “It is with a very heavy heart I have to share the remainder of this year’s concert performances will not be able to happen.” Cody’s cancellation comes after fellow nation singer Luke Combs dissapointed followers with news of his upcoming tour.

The assertion continued, “While battling a severe upper respiratory and sinus infection, I burst my eardrum.

“The severity of the rupture means I must undergo rapid surgical procedure. The therapeutic course of will take many weeks, and it isn’t attainable for me to sing during this time.”

Without the surgery, Cody said his downtime “might be months.” He concluded, “I pray for full therapeutic so I can get properly and return to doing what I like. Thank you COJO Nation for the love and help, now, and always.”

Cody had six concerts remaining this year. A message on his website regarding the canceled shows reads, “Please keep tuned for an e-mail from your ticket suppliers for additional particulars.”

Fans offered their well-wishes in the comments, with one person writing, “Prayers for speedy recovery.”

“Omg that’s horrible !! Praying for your speedy recovery – Stay strong we’re right here now and always,” another fan said. A third posted, “Sending heaps of prayers. God bless you, get properly soon.”

Cody later shared a video after his surgery and provided an update to fans about his condition.

“I’m home from surgical procedure, it went properly, as best as they may have anticipated,” he revealed. He also thanked his fans for their support and apologized for needing to cancel his concerts.

“Heal up brother. And God bless,” one fan replied. Another shared, “A singer and track author wants to have the ability to hear! Take care of your listening to you need that. Rest,Recope, and Enjoy. Fans will stay some of issues that occur are actually God working on you. Could be both ears??? So it’s already a blessing!”
