Michael Chernus, known for his roles in Spider-Man Homecoming and Apple TV’s Severance, stars as Gacy.

Joining Chernus are Gabriel Luna from The Last of Us, Michael Angarano of Almost Famous fame, and James Badge Dale, who appeared in the Yellowstone spin-off 1923. While reviews for the series are still pending, fans have already likened the trailer to Netflix’s Monster anthology.

One viewer remarked: “This would have been a great season for Monster.” Another predicted: “Emmy nominations incoming.”

Echoing similar sentiments, another fan said: “I hope this does effectively. Monster season two ought to have been about Gacy. Still baffles me as to why they made a show about the Menendez brothers instead. Ed Gein appears to be like good but this may win.”
