Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott spoke of getting over adversity when requested about his damaged engagement to ex-fiancée Sarah Jane Ramos.
During a Wednesday interview at training camp in California, NBC’s Newy Scruggs requested how Prescott was doing “personally” after mentioning his damaged engagement with Ramos — who in March called off their April wedding ceremony in Italy over Prescott’s alleged infidelity points.
“I’m great. I’m blessed,” Prescott, 33, said. “As I said, I’m a follower of Christ and just having the religion that I do, it’s always been one thing, a tremendous energy in a sense that I’ve had is my religion. So, it gained’t change. I gained’t even say it will get shaken just because issues occur or issues dont’t essentially go my means or the best way that I believed they might. It doesn’t essentially have an effect on the best way that I wake up each morning.

“I’m grateful when my toes hit the ground. I’m grateful to breathe the air that I do and to be where I’m at. I’ve bought too many blessings to look at my trials.
“I’m just tremendous grateful for the chance that I’ve to be where I’m, to have two wonderful daughters [Aurora 1, and 2-year-old Margaret, MJ] to play the quarterback place for this group and still inspire so many.
“Adversity is going to come, it’s inevitable. And if you know how to respond to it, you can respond to it consistently, you can get over it.”

Prescott and Ramos’s daughter, MJ, was all smiles while visiting the quarterback at training camp this week, as seen in videos on social media.
The ex-couple united for Aurora’s first birthday in May at a celebration in Dallas.

Ramos, 32, who is a licensed wine and spirits specialist, broke off her and Prescott’s engagement following their joint bachelor-bachelorette journey to the Bahamas.
They had been slated to get married April 10 in Lake Como.
Page Six reported that month that Prescott and Ramos had been making an attempt to attain a custody settlement exterior of the court.
According to Page Six, Ramos reportedly confronted the four-time Pro Bowler about him “allegedly using incognito social media profiles to send inappropriate messages to multiple women and ex-flings.”
The pair, first linked in 2023, bought engaged in October 2024.
