“He had told Keegan the wrong number by one digit, so some random person in America is getting all these comments from the U.S. Ryder Cup team for 30 minutes.”

Kisner went on to say: “So that was a hilarious start to our Ryder Cup. I think the guy even commented, if I remember correctly, like, ‘Hey, I don’t know what any of this is, but good luck.’

“I believe even any person commented back, like, ‘Yeah, whatever, Bryson, humorous joke. And then the man was like, ‘No, severely, I do not know who these people are.'”

DeChambeau, who holds a 1-2 report in Ryder Cup appearances, is anticipated to have another shot at redemption the next yr at Adare Manor in the Republic of Ireland, where he’ll be hoping for a far less eventful week both on the golf green and away from it.
