“Fact: Tyler Robinson was on the Utah Valley University campus 4 times between September 10, 2025 and the early hours (approximately 12:40 am) on September 11, 2025,” wrote the president’s son. “Major detail no one appears to be speaking about: Tyler Robinson was not a scholar at UVU!!!”
In a separate post, Trump claimed that Robinson “magically developed a stiff leg after changing from shorts into baggy long pants while heading up to a rooftop that was an ideal vantage point to shoot from.” He continued, “Then magically that limp disappeared as he jumped from the roof top with something resembling a wrapped rifle!”
Trump and his new spouse, Bettina, attended court on Wednesday with Kirk’s dad and mom and widow, Erika. “She’s obviously very grateful that Bettina and I were there to support her,” he said of Erika on Fox News yesterday. “She’s just a great person. A mother trying to get by, trying to fulfill her husband’s legacy.”

Video footage of Robinson, 23, driving into a parking storage, strolling away, returning, and leaving, was allowed to be performed in court after months of back-and-forth between the prosecution and the protection.

Judge permits redacted assertion from Robinson’s supposed lover
Judge Graf also ruled that a redacted portion of a recorded assertion by Robinson’s former roommate and reported lover, Lance Twiggs, may very well be performed in court. Robinson allegedly left a handwritten word for Twiggs, stating he had an “opportunity to take out” the conservative commentator and was “going to take it.”
The redacted portion of Twiggs’s assertion, totaling about 16 minutes, largely issues textual content messages Robinson allegedly despatched to Twiggs. “I recognize the importance of transparency. I also recognize the importance of balancing constitutional rights, and it is a fine line,” said Judge Graf.

Robinson’s attorney, Richard Novak, objected to the request, saying that Twiggs had attributed remarks to Robinson that the prosecution has characterised as “confessions.” Novak claims that televising the feedback might taint the jury pool and violate Robinson’s proper to a honest trial.
The state also clashed with protection attorneys over redactions they proposed for a transcript of Twiggs’s assertion. Utah County deputy prosecutor Lauren Hunt said the proposal wasn’t well timed and that it was “disrupting the hearing.”
Noval responded, saying he “went to great lengths to provide the state with a proposed redacted transcript.”
An attorney for Kirk’s assertion weighed in on the contentious assertion. “The Kirk family believes strongly that if the evidence is being admitted in this preliminary hearing, it should be made public for the world to see. No redactions,” said Jeffrey Neiman before the court.
“To not be transparent here, to not be open, to not let the world see what happened will create doubt and distrust in the judicial system.”
