President Donald Trump has ordered Bill Pulte, the person who will change Tulsi Gabbard as Director of National Intelligence, to make important cuts to the company.

According to Trump, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) is simply too bloated and needs his new Cabinet member to oversee the staffing cuts. “I’d like to see it smaller. I think there are a lot of people in there that shouldn’t be there,” Trump told the Wall Street Journal on Friday.

The WSJ reported that Trump told Pulte to prioritize firing staffers who had served both former presidents, Barack Obama and Joe Biden. Trump made the pronouncement on Friday, saying that he “wouldn’t mind” staffing cuts to the ODNI.

“I’ve heard that’s way too high for way too long,” Trump told reporters on Air Force One relating to the employees ranges at the company. “If he cut, I wouldn’t mind that.”
