Epstein files include massive accusations of SEC

The Epstein files saga continues, as questions over its transparency come up and the Department of Justice stays under scrutiny. However, as Americans call for the release of all investigative supplies, one doc highlights how a whistleblower made scathing accusations against another authorities company.

In a sequence of messages from whistleblower Chris Dilorio with the subject line “Apollo/Epstein/Kushner connection,” he accuses the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of being a “criminal organization.”

“The SEC is a grossly corrupt criminal organization bought and paid for by criminals who threaten the integrity of our markets to the clear and very egregious detriment of the investing public it is sworn to protect,” he wrote.

It stays unclear to whom the message is directed, as it was redacted in the public files. 

The message also hyperlinks ot an article headlined “Bernard Madoff, the Mafia and the Friends of Michael Milken,” revealed by Market Rap.

In another message, he wrote, “Today (5/15/19) the grossly corrupt scumbags at the SEC approved ANOTHER massive fraud on the investing public.”

The SEC is the U.S. authorities company that protects traders, maintains truthful markets, and helps firms raise capital by implementing federal securities legal guidelines. Essentially, it’s a financial watchdog accountable for defending traders and sustaining market equity.

Dilorio’s revealed declarations come as the Justice Department launched a new batch of files in a single day.

The files include pictures of well-known people the convicted intercourse offender spent time with in the years before his crimes got here to mild, call logs, screenshots of messages, interview transcripts, and more.

The White House said the release of the files, mandated by a law handed by Congress, exhibits how the Trump administration is the “most transparent in history.” However, the release of the files has been widely criticized, as it incorporates heavy redactions and little point out of one of Epstein’s previous associates — President Donald Trump.

The controversy gained strength in the public eye when at least 16 files disappeared from the Justice Department’s public webpage for the paperwork, including pictures of work depicting nude girls. In one of those pictures, inside a drawer among other pictures was a image of the now-president alongside Epstein, now-first woman Melania Trump, and Epstein’s business associate Ghislaine Maxwell.

That image has been public for years, however.

Trump has not been accused of wrongdoing and claims he ended his friendship with the financier long before he was accused of the crimes, as effectively as his death in 2019. He has not been accused of any crimes by law enforcement and has never been recognized as the subject of any investigation.

The Justice Department has not said why the files had been eliminated from the web site. However, Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche defended the partial release of the investigative supplies, pledging the division would ultimately meet its obligation required by law.

“The reason why we are still reviewing documents and still continuing our process is simply that to protect victims,” Blanche told NBC’s “Meet the Press.” “So the same individuals that are out there complaining about the lack of documents that were produced on Friday are the same individuals who apparently don’t want us to protect victims.”
